At its core, the Alutos Conglomerate is the umbrella term used for an alliance of many powerful parent companies, magically oath-bound by a contract spanning the breadth of a mile that now serves as a symbol of global unity dubbed the Contract Unanima.

The Contract Unanima allows for each of the parent companies to govern and act independently from eachother, and conglomerate-wide influence is used sparingly. Matters that require the full Conglomerate’s attention and resources are voted upon, with quarterly earnings being directly tied to voting power. Every buisiness globally has relative voting power within the Alutos Conglomerate, with only buisiness refusing a place under a parent company’s banner going unrepresented.

Under the cutthroat guidance of Founding Father and CEO Maximillian Zhang the Alutos Conglomerate made many necessary sacrifices in its early days. Many originally resisted the idea of the Conglomerate, but were eventually swayed by his charismatic yet stern approach.

In this sense, the Alutos Conglomerate serves as more than an economic staple. It is the global shining beacon of progress, civility and unity, giving every buisinessowner a hand in real change.
